In these cases, special oven designs can be made.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes these furnaces can also be designed to meet various testing requirements. In this case, it is necessary to design to provide the parameters required by the test environment. These may be in the form of adjusting the heating time or stages, cooling method, loading with special oven fixtures, special atmospheres such as vacuum or gas atmosphere, temperature reading from the part or parts or quenching in the oven.<\/p>\n<p>Or it may require design to suit not only the process parameters but also the dimensions or shapes of the parts to be heat treated.<\/p>\n<p>From another perspective, specially designed ovens can be designed in different program levels or in ways where the temperature is measured from different points.<\/p>\n<p>In certain cases, these furnaces may also be furnaces that carry out the loading according to the process. At this point, the lid mechanism and loading method are designed according to the process and a more practical heat treatment process can be created.<\/p>\n<p>During the design phase of specially designed furnaces, the customer and the furnace designer will need to master the details required by the process. Otherwise, the health of the process may be affected. For specially designed furnaces, the health of the process should be monitored by close communication with the customer after the design and commissioning of the furnace.
